Our work at the National Gallery

We were so proud to have been invited to the National Gallery to view the opening of Take one Picture exhibition. The whole school worked so hard last year on examining Joseph Wright's painting, 'Experiment with an air pump.' Schools all over the country submitted work to the National Gallery, and we were delighted that a selection of our work was chosen for display. On Wednesday, Miss Rice and myself travelled up to see the fabulous exhibition, and we were not disappointed.  If you are able to travel to London, the display will be open to the public, for free until the end of August.  It really is something special to see our school's name and work displayed at the prestigious National Gallery.  Well done to the whole school....we are extremely proud.
