Internet Safety
As Christmas approaches a lot of the children will be getting excited about new video games under the tree and maybe more time to play them. I have had a few communications recently with guides that some of you may find useful if your child is accessing any of the following games:
Among Us (A trending game of 2020)

Roblox (An old favourite)

There is also an interesting article on the same website about digital currency and advertising within children's games and media:

Last year we had a great turnout for our Internet Safety Workshop, where the e-safety council wowed us with their knowledge and engaged us with interesting conversation starters, I am hoping to run another one in the Spring which will be online using Google Meets. I hope that many of you can make it.
As always there are plenty of resources to support with internet safety on the school website, but if you ever need help with any online safety issues not mentioned there, then please email the school and I will see what I can do to support.
Wishing you a safe and happy Christmas,
Mr. Kirk
